Shop releases

Periodically I will announce new releases to my shop via Instagram @crystalrosedesign. When I build a collection, it is surrounding a set of stones and themes in metal and once those assets are gone, that’s it. It takes quite a bit of time curating just the right gemstones in shape, color and cut for an edition so I cannot accommodate additional requests once the pieces are sold.  

Please ensure you review each listing carefully before purchasing to make sure you are finding the right piece for you! I try to provide as many photographs as I can to show all aspects of what you can expect. All my pieces are first come, first serve and there are no reserves before a collection release.

 

Jewelry care

Avoid any lotions, perfumes and beauty products coming into contact with your jewelry. Remove before showering and washing your hands. Stay clear of harsh chemicals and any cleaning products as they can damage the stones as well as the metal.

Sterling silver and 14K Gold Fill will naturally tarnish over time as they are exposed to air. This is normal and using a polish cloth will bring back the luster once more. Storing your jewelry in a sealed bag or box can help minimize how often this occurs.

Sterling silver and 14K Gold Fill items without a patina and without a stone such as my stacker rings can be washed in gentle soap and warm water. Be sure to dry completely before wearing or storing.

Pieces that have stones: the stones are placed in settings that would hold water if submerged; any water that gets in there can lead to damage to the ring eventually so please avoid getting the setting wet if you can help it.

If you purchase a piece that has gone through the patina process, note that these have been lightly enameled to preserve the special finish. The enamel may scratch eventually due to normal wear and tear and this is nature of the piece and to be expected.

 

Shipping

I aim to ship pieces from my collection within 7 days of purchase.

In the event of a lost or damaged package I would advise contacting your local post office immediately. Unfortunately, I cannot provide additional assistance once the package has been given to the post office.

International Customers please note you might have to pay additional customs fees or taxes when you receive your package, and items can be held for up to 4 weeks at customs.

Refunds and Returns

I accept returns in exchange for store credit and do not offer refunds at this time. If anything arrives at your door damaged from shipping, please contact me immediately at crystalrosedesignstudio@gmail.com. Please note rings cannot be resized. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Exchanges must be shipped back within 15 days in their original condition.

 

Miscellany

At this time, I do not offer wholesale. Commissions have a waitlist and are at my discretion due to my schedule.
